This frame says 22 inch. If I measure the viewing area right, it is more like 17 inch.
Paying $500 will get you a 24 inch monitor or more.
Besides, the software on this frame really not work. I loaded my 4g SD into the slot. I started the slide show. After stopping it and try to skip some folders and play from my desired folder, the software hung and I can not really use it. I have to power off and restart.
The packaging was good. The display is so so. It really can not match my 24 inch monitor's resolution which is only 300 dots more.
Overall, I think that it is over priced, the software is flawed. The resolution and color are just OK.
You are better off getting a better monitor and watch the pictures there for this price.

I purchased the 22 inch digital frame for my business. We opened them this week and could not make them work. The remote is useless and the frame weighs about 50 lbs and you have to hold it up and try to turn the arrow keys to get to your menu. The directions are terrible. It came with a 20 page booklet that doesn't help at all. One of the screens I purchased has a big line down the , so I decided to return them both since it was so hard to try to load. When I called Amazon they said they could only give me back about 70-80% since it had been longer than 30 days since I had ordered it. Even though the screen is damaged they didn't care. I have always ordered through Amazon, but I will not buy any electronics again since you have no recourse if it doesn't work. I would not recommend this frame to anyone it's a piece of junk.
