I bought this frame from Amazon a month ago and use it for ~1h every other day. So far it works fine using 1GB USB flash card. No problems with 0.5GB MPEG2 movie clip as well as with slideshow consisting of 150 4-6MB JPEG pictures. Menu and settings are easy and convenient. Screen is really big and bright.
Drawbacks:
1) Picture quality is fine but not as good as on my ViewSonic 19" computer monitor.
2) To my taste, picture change rate in slideshow is too slow and can not be further increased.

When I got my Gold Lantern digital photo frame it had to be changed from Japanese to American, no problem at all. However when I plugged in my usb memory card, it was amazing. The pictures and the picture quality bounded off the screen. If I had to do it all over again I would do it in a heartbeat.
